GENERAL INFORMATION NOTIFICATION ON PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

             As Set Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Ltd., we show utmost sensitivity to the security of your personal data. In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698; as data controllers, our company inform you about all personal data processed by Set Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Ltd., including our employees, suppliers, members, visitors, business contacts, business partners, job applicants, and third parties , regarding mutual rights and obligations within the scope of this policy.

a) Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“LPPD”), your personal data may be processed by our company named Set Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (Company), which is established and operates as a Limited Company in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and registered with the Trade Registry number 573125, located at İnönü Cad. Sümer Sok. Zitaş İş Merkezi C1 Blok D:10, 34710 Kozyatağı / İstanbul/TURKEY, within the scope explained below.
 
b) Collection, Processing and Purposes of Processing of Personal Data

Your personal data may vary depending on the services and commercial activities provided by our company; and may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods, through our company units and offices, websites, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means. Your personal data may be processed by being created and updated as long as you benefit from the products and services offered by our company.

In addition, when you use our mobile application or website to use the services of our company, when you visit our company or website, when you participate in training, seminars or organizations organized by our company, your personal data may be processed.

Your collected personal data will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law, for the purposes of ensuring that our business units carry out the necessary work to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, to customize the products and services offered by our Company according to your tastes, usage habits and needs and to recommend them to you, to ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and third parties that have business relations with our Company (administrative operations for communication carried out by our Company, to ensure the physical security and control of our Company’ locations, our Company’ customer evaluation/complaint management processes, reputation research processes, event management, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs, etc.), to determine and implement our Company’ commercial and business strategies, and to ensure the execution of our Company’ human resources policies.

 c) Transfer of Processed Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, Company, Company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law, for the purposes of ensuring that our business units carry out the necessary work to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, that the products and services offered by our Company are customized and recommended to you according to your tastes, usage habits and needs, that the legal and commercial security of our Company and third parties that have business relations with our Company (administrative operations for communication carried out by our Company, ensuring the physical security and control of the locations belonging to the Company, business partner/customer/supplier ( authorized persons or employees) evaluation processes, reputation research processes, legal compliance process, audit, financial affairs, etc.), that the commercial and business strategies of our Company are determined and implemented, and that the human resources policies of our Company are carried out.

d) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by our company through different channels or public databases within the scope of relevant legislation and based on different legal reasons; in order to provide, develop the products and services we offer and to conduct our commercial activities. Your personal data collected during this process is collected through our employees and representatives for the legal reason of conducting our commercial activities. In addition, your personal data is also collected in order to ensure complete security in the workplaces/working areas of our company. Your personal data collected for these legal reasons may also be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (b) and (c) of this Information Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

d) Rights of Personal Data Owners Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, as personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our company titled Set Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi located at İnönü Cad. Sümer Sok. Zitaş İş Merkezi C1 Blok D:10, 34710 Kozyatağı / İstanbul/TURKEY in writing, personally by hand or via notary, our company will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, our company will collect the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners;

- Learning whether your personal data is being processed,

- To request information regarding the processing of personal data,

- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,

- To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the action taken to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,

- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

- To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

- In case of damage caused by the unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage,

- Within the scope of Law No. 6698, you can submit your requests regarding your personal data, including documents proving your identity and your petition containing your request, and special powers of attorney for applications made by applicants on behalf of 3rd parties, in writing to our company titled Set Yönetim ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi located at İnönü Cad. Sümer Sok. Zitaş İş Merkezi C1 Blok D:10, 34710 Kozyatağı / İstanbul/TURKEY , in person or by notary public.
Our company will finalize your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, we will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
