Manasset Staffing Solutions® creates “Performance Management Systems” on the basis of S.M.A.R.T. targets and the parameters according to their own dynamics, employees’ profiles, geographical distribution, and above all its strategic targets.

Manasset Staffing Solutions® analyses the current “Performance Systems” and draws new road maps for the organizations for which do not have S.M.A.R.T. targets and a sustainable system. It ensures that PYS is a measurable and sustainable system with its objective criteria.
